N64 jewel - Glow in the Dark!

This is an acrylic jewel to replace the original front logo emblem on an N64 console. They come with adhesive backing so you just peel and stick.

Note: these have flat facing, not the slightly domed facing of the original n64 jewels. The domed facing is produced by a machine dripping resin onto the printed surface, while these use laser-cut acrylic blanks.

The jewels with lighter background colors are made of an acrylic blank with a printed vinyl underlay.

The jewels with black backgrounds are made with the same acrylic blank, but with a back-printed semirigid transparency film overlay (since they’re back printed the ink is protected against liquid and scratches). This is because there are occasionally tiny bubbles between the adhesive layer and the acrylic, which become visible against a black background. Overlaying the artwork layer obscures any bubbles that might be present.

Two size options -
OEM - 49.25mm x 30mm - same size as the original OEM console jewel.
Third-party (smaller) - 49mm x 28mm - some third party shells have a jewel slot that is smaller and/or a slightly different shape.

If you aren’t sure about the size. I recommend getting the smaller one - it will have a small gap around the edge which most peoket won’t notice.
